SATEL-B2 motherboards helps the assembly of SATEL radio modules, SATEL-TR4+ ja -TR489, inside of the customer's own housing.

Three variants available: With horizontal 26-pin header connector, with vertical 26-pin header connector or horizontal 26-pin header connector with D15 adapter. Following HIROSE U.FL compatible antenna connector options are available: TNC, BNC, SMA, MCX and MMCX (in the picture is TNC).

With each motherboard customer receives heat transfer pieces to be use between the motherboard and radio module and between radio module and customer's own mechanic, and four screws to attach the radio module to motherboard.

The board level assemblies are intended to be integrated inside host devices, the manufacturer or integrator of which are responsible for taking care of the applicable local approvals and requirements. As the radio modules itself are FCC/EU certified, the modular approval approach can be used for FCC approvals in USA and Canada. The modular approvals are not applied in EU, but in most cases, only partial supplementary measurements are required.
